By accessing or using NEXRA ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
NEXRA's tools and data services are provided strictly for lawful, authorized, and ethical purposes — such as security research, authorized investigations, and open-source intelligence on publicly available information. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to use the Platform to harass, stalk, dox, defraud, or harm any person; to access non-public or protected data; or to conduct any illegal activity. Violation results in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Free accounts receive limited, redacted access. Premium members receive expanded access as described on the Platform. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Premium and Overdrive are sold as single-use redemption codes. A code is not tied to an account until it is redeemed, so it may be gifted or transferred before use — but whoever redeems it first receives the membership, and NEXRA cannot reverse a redemption or reissue a code that has been shared. Codes carry no cash value and are not refundable once redeemed. Payments are settled in cryptocurrency and are final.
NEXRA's middleman (escrow) service charges a flat 3% fee on completed trades. NEXRA acts as a neutral third party and is not liable for disputes arising from misrepresentation by either trading party. Use of the service constitutes acceptance of the middleman's decisions regarding fund release.
Custom web development, bots, and tooling are provided under separate project agreements. Timelines, deliverables, and revisions are defined per project. Deposits may be non-refundable once work begins.
The Platform and all data are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Intelligence results may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and should be independently verified. NEXRA does not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the Platform.
